SHIPPING POLICY

There is a flat rate delivery charge of £1.99 for all orders under £20. Orders over £20 qualify for free P&P

When we receive an order, we aim to send it out on the next business day. There are rare occasions when this may not always be possible due to high demand for a product and we have to make your order fresh for you, which can take a few days to be ready. If this is the case, we will always contact you to inform you. 

Please note that any orders made after 2pm on Friday and on the weekend are received by our staff on Monday, so the dispatch aim would be to send them on Tuesday. 

We use next day shipping for UK orders - Royal Mail 24hr service for smaller orders and next-day couriers for larger orders over 2kg in weight. If you make an order and want to make an amendment, please do so immediately as we sometimes are able to send orders as soon as we get them - we try to give postie as many parcels to carry as possible! 

If you do not receive your order on the day expected, please let us know straight away so that we can track the item. Although the post office promise a 24hr service, quite often they do not deliver on it so we may ask you to wait another day or two. Thanks. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If a customer wishes to return an item for a refund or an exchange, they should contact us to let us know that they want to start a returns procedure, and we will let them know what to do. Please do not attempt to return anything without informing us first as we may not be able to accept the return in this way, and a refund or credit may not be issued.

We accept returns for up to one month after the order was shipped from our premises. The returns should be in a good condition and unused. We reserve the right to request photographic evidence of the items before accepting a return. Thank you.
