Orders to the USA are shipped by courier with tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification from Etsy, including an estimated delivery date and tracking number.

CUSTOMERS IN IRELAND:

We now ship orders to Ireland via Evri, which is why there is a slightly higher postage charge to help cover the shipping cost.

CUSTOMERS IN OTHER COUNTRIES:

We ship via Royal Mail's Standard International Post, which does not include tracking. If you prefer tracking, please select it at checkout. Estimated delivery dates are provided, but delays, especially at customs, can happen, sometimes up to 10 days. If your order is late, please feel free to contact us, but note that we can only take action after the delay period has passed. At that point, we will ask Royal Mail to investigate the issue.
